Actually I’m looking for manager job vacancy but this new job opportunity 2010 in Indonesia National Electricity Company very interesting and make me happy, even though it is not for me; this good news is for new graduate’s student. For you who have brother or sister or maybe your own son, that will graduates in this year; you probably need to know this job vacancy information.
As reported by vivanews.com, the National Electricity Company in Indonesia now needs at least 2.604 new employees for this year. And even up to 3000 new employees for next year, 2011. What a big number!
They need new employees as many of their current employees now will get retirement, and in other to meet the target in their 10 thousand megawatt project.
To meet this needs of new employees, the National Electricity Company use several ways like making joint venture with several public university such as Diponegoro University Semarang, Gajah Mada University Yogyakarta, Universitas Negeri Sebelas Maret Solo, and Politeknik Negeri Semarang. And not only that, they also open a job fair.

This is a question from my wife, how to be a good manager? Is there any rules or at least tips that should be obeyed to be a good manager? And what will happen if we did not place a care?
I am quite thinking to answer her question, as you know me myself not yet a manager. My last job position is only a senior project superintendent. So how could I give a good answer on how to be a good manager?
Anyway, just looking to my own experience while leading a project in my previous job, I think it will not too different. Being a manager means have a team, a sub-ordinate, that need care and attention. In order word, they need to be motivated, so they can always have a good spirit to work well.
So I said to my wife, to be a good manager at least there is one point that you should always pay more attention. That is, you have to be able to motivate your team, your sub-ordinate. Give more attention to their work, it can be by monitoring their work, give good advice if there is something wrong, and not to forget to give deep appreciate. And not only in just about job, have it probably bettered if you also can enter to their life. Try to make more family relationship, so they will now that you are care to them.
Off course, there are still lots of thing you can do on how to be a good manager. But one of these points at least one thing that you should not forget.
