Some people rarely use searching for a job using networking. They are usually only use networking for such a multilevel marketing business. Maybe because now days Internet or newspaper give a lot of job information.
But actually it is very helpful searching for a job using networking, asking people on your contact list to give some job information. This way you can get up to date information about a job vacancies in a company that could be not yet posted on an advertising media. While in case they don’t have sufficient job information, they can refer you to a person that might be know a lot about new job available.
So networking is not only used for a multilevel marketing business, but it also can be use to look for a job vacancies available for you. And off course it is not so difficult, rather than when you try offering such a multilevel marketing business. You know what I meant. Basically people will love to get a contact from you, and in a good time they will love to help you to give valuable job information.
But off course it would be better if you do this in a good manner, not just solely contact in anyway you like. Because you have a purpose of this networking way, that is to get valuable information about a job vacancies. So first off all, you need to prepare a list that you will choose to contact. Surely people that you know possibility have some job information.
After you are ready, you can start to contact them politely. Inform them how you really seek for a job. Tell them what kind of job you are looking for. And ask them a chance if possible for you to leave a copy of your resume. So they can submit your resume to someone that might be able to help you find a job.
While contacting your warm list, don’t forget that you have to be able to describe what kind of job you are looking for in a simple manner, what kind of skills do you have, or abilities, or probably any interest you like. Practice your articulation before making any contact can help you to communicate well.
In case your contact could not help you more, you better try to ask them any person who they think can help you to get such job information you are looking for. Ask them a name and a contact number if possible, which you can freely contact in a few days later.
So this is the benefit on how searching for a job using a networking. Not so difficult right?

How to improve Skills for job interview

How do you think the way to improve your skills for job interview? Off course it is not so easy, but as you may understand well, the most important factor whether you will be hired for a job you apply is how you present yourself to the interviewer during job interview.
No matter what company you apply your resume, big company or just a small one, when you finally get lucky for an interview, you have to make sure that you already prepare yourself and scheduled your job interview.
Always be friendly and polite on how you speak can contribute a lot on good impression from your interviewer that finally get you hired. Otherwise there are several things you better acquired to improve your interviewing skills, such as dress appropriately to get good impression at first impact on your appearance to the interviewer.
Some people do check their grooming and posture several times before interview. This is to make sure you know better with your own body and tones.
Another way to improve you interviewing skills is by doing a research about basic information of the company you attend. So you have better overview about a job you applying for, so you can better answer spontaneously for some basic question.
Don’t forget to be cool and keep your phone turn off to avoid any unnecessary distraction. And Be confident to your capabilities but don’t overconfident. Try to answer each question briefly and accurately. Let the interviewer know that you are valuable for them.
The other best way is to show them that you are serious for the job interview and eager to learn as best as you can. This will bring good impressive to the employer. Ask question that you want to know more about the company status and future plan.
