Job Burnout is very dangerous. Loss of motivation can happen to anyone, including you who are working as an assistant in nursing. Although at first you can show genuine compassion in helping others, but high workload can lead you to fatigue and a feeling as if you are unable to meet the demands of  your  work.

This is one of the biggest complaints for an assistant in nursing where they feel they receive too much work to be done, but do not have enough time to finish it all, which ultimately lead to fatigue. Job Burnout is very dangerous because it affects individuals emotionally, physically and mentally. In this condition, they will be hard to think clearly. A nursing assistant may decide to leave the medical field when they feel no longer able to receive high workload which they are responsible. What at first is their goal in a career as a nursing assistant seemed to disappear. Positive experience could turn into a nightmare.

This often causes them to leave their job and even worse they could be fired. Of course eventually they will run into financial difficulties and interfere with their daily relationships. Other causes are generally the same, namely because they are too much work, do not feel appreciated, worried about job security, overwhelming burden of work, or they feel they do not receive salaries that are comparable to the tasks they perform. That is why Job Burnout is very dangerous.

Therefore, an assistant in nursing needs to understand the possibility of Job Burnout that could be fall them. By early understanding, what is fatigue, how it occurs, will be able to help them anticipate better before they become unmanageable. An important first step to be done to avoid Job Burnout is to always pay attention and take care of  yourself  physically and emotionally.

Some of the symptoms of the emergence of Job Burnout are when you no longer feel comfortable in your work, become cynical about your job, or you start having problems in relationships with colleagues, friends or your family.

Another important symptom that you need to consider is when you start looking for excuses to not go to work, often asking for permission to leave early, becoming easily annoyed with your colleagues, feel jealous with your co-workers that look comfortable with his job, and do not care anymore whether you work well or not. If this happens, then it is very possible that you begin to experience physical and emotional exhaustion.

Working as an assistant in nursing can be stressful. However, stress and burnout are actually two different things. Indeed, the symptoms between the two is almost the same. But stress can usually come and go, while burnout related to stronger feelings.
As a Nursing Assistant, you cannot eliminate stress, but you can help control and reduce its impact. This can be done by way of more rest and take care of yourselves. And if you think you have a better solution to the problem in your workplace, then you should immediately write them down. Find a good time to discuss your ideas with your boss. Explain the problem in detail and then offer your thoughts solution. Things like this much better rather than just complain as it can interfere your daily work. Always remember that Job Burnout is very dangerous.

Taking the time to take care of yourself is very important. That way there is a balance between taking care of others by observing yourself. It should be noted, the health profession is one profession that is potentially causing Job Burnout for employees. Therefore, a nursing assistant should really heed this advice in order to continue their nursing career and enjoy their jobs well and not to forget are able to provide the best service for patients.
