Should we lower the minimum wage we want to get a job

Sometimes we get frustrated when our efforts to find a new job does not also bring results. Is this because we ask for salary standards too high? So should we lower the standards salaries that we expect to be able to immediately find a new job?

Sometimes we could have lowered the standard salary we ask for a new job. And if this had to be done, then we need to consider several factors such as how much we will need new jobs. For example, if there are families that need to be supported? Do we have a lot of debt that needs to be repaid? If ya like that, then that means we really desperately need a new job. Especially when during the idle state, we do not even have an income. In short, if our survival is very dependent of a job, so for a while I think we need to lower the salary standard we expect.

Another factor that may need to ponder is whether we ask for salary standards too high? Is the salary we ask for is reasonably comparable to the competencies we have? Hence we need to really get to know the competencies we have, so what we expect quite reasonable. And this continues to be adjusted as our ability development.

For example our current work is the staff of financial administration, then during worked as a staff of the financial administration, you continue to learn by following the business school. And of course it is fine if you have any greater expectation.

In the end, lowering the standard salary we ask to get a job is not something that should not be done. Depending on our current situation. And of course this is not permanent. This means that there are times when we still entitled to get comparable salaries to the competence that we possess.
