Should we send the application to the Company who is not opening a job vacancy?
Whether you’re needed once the job? If you’re currently unemployed or if you’ve been very bored with your current job, I’m sure you’re in dire need of a new job.
If we talk about how to find a new job, especially in very desperate conditions, so most of us would assume that the more we send a job application the greater the chance to get it. But what about a company that is currently not opening any job vacancies? Have you ever imagined, if you need to send your job application to a company that there is not an opening job vacancies?
If you’re thinking whether or not you filed an application to a company that is not opening the jobs, then there are some important things you need to consider. Perhaps the main thing is you have to make sure that the company do not need to open vacancy currently. Surely you will also think if so whether there are positions available is it worth if you send the company’s application?
What is clear, you should not submit an application to a company that ever refuses your application.
Then how do I submit an application to a company that really was not opening a new job?
You keep making job applications as usual, but inside you want to paste the request to the company to save your file to be considered at a later date when they require new employees. Usually every company will store the incoming file job applications for a period of one year. And in this way when later the company really opened job advertisements, you just need to contact the company to ensure your application is still there the other day. Thus, your application will be placed on the priority list first.
One of the reasons why we need to send job applications to companies that are not open vacancy is only a matter of time. As previously mentioned, usually a company will save a file of job applications for one or two years. This is indeed beneficial because some companies sometimes decide not to open new recruitment advertising and just choose a resume that they already possess. The problem indeed sometimes the timing is not right.
For example job application you enter the last eight months ,but were only getting a call today. And most job seekers need a job soon, probably within a few weeks. So there may be a possibility, calling the work is already too late.
As a reminder, the decisions whether or not you send a resume to a company that is not necessarily open a new job entirely to your vital consideration. But there is no harm if you try this way, of course remains carefully. If you get a reply denial of your application, even the company had refused to save your resume, you should not be discouraged. Keep the spirit and keep trying.
to your Success,
