Each person would wish to have their careers are always safe and can continue to grow. The problem is what kind of strategies for securing our careers in today’s global era? Global era on the one hand has increased the competition becomes increasingly fierce. Although there are many new jobs opportunities, but it is not easy to get it. At least there are five strategies for securing our careers in a global era that can guarantee our work and careers in any time.

The first strategy is by building our personal skills. We need to improve this capability continuously. Since with good personal skills, then we will better recognize ourselves. We can be better acquainted with all our advantages, differences, and our shortcomings. This capability helps us see what we can do, what we cannot do, and what we must avoid. Someone who cannot measure their own ability has bigger potential for failure.

The second strategy is by building our interpersonal skills. Most of the factors supporting a person’s career success is due to its ability to establish relationships with others. This includes how we can build relationships, networking, partnerships and others.
The third strategy is to improve our professional skills. If we are strong in our professionallity, in terms of expertise and moral, then this will guarantee our career advancement and our work.

The fourth strategy is to improve our problem solving skills. It is our ability to resolve any problems that arise. Failures often occur because we cannot overcome the problems encountered.

The fifth strategy is the learning the skill. It is our ability to continue to improve and enhance the capacity we have.
All of five strategies mentioned above is the best strategies for securing our careers in today’s global era that is timeless. And this will further enable us to follow any developments and competition.
